Support

Help, from actual humans.

One inbox covers it all. Write to us and a real person from the Splittr team replies.

support@splittrpay.com

Support, privacy questions and grievances all land here. Write from the email you sign in with where possible — it makes verifying your account much faster. Never send a password or OTP.

What we can help with

  • Account & login

Sign-in problems, profile details, email changes and account access.

  • Circles & invites

Creating or joining Circles, invite links and QR codes, pending participants and membership.

  • Expenses & split history

Adding or editing expenses, equal and exact splits, balances, settlements and recurring bills.

  • Notifications

Reminders, activity pings and turning notifications on or off.

  • Privacy & deletion

Data questions, permissions, and account deletion — in the app or by email.

Before you write

Many questions are already answered in plain language in the FAQ — including how settlements work, why Splittr never holds money, and what each permission is for. The launch status page covers platform availability honestly.

What to include in your message

  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
  • Your device and app version (for example, Android 1.0.0).
  • The email you sign in with — never a password or OTP.
  • Screenshots help, but please blank out other people's details before sending.

What support can and can't do

Splittr records shared expenses; it doesn't hold or move money. That means support can help with accounts, Circles, expenses, balances and reminders — but cannot reverse, refund or chase an actual payment, because no payment ever passes through Splittr. Settlements are payments made elsewhere, between the people involved.

Deleting your account

You don't need support to leave. Deletion lives in the app under Profile & Settings → Delete account, and the full process — including the no-app-access email route — is documented on the account deletion page.

Response times

Replies come from the small team building Splittr — so they're thoughtful rather than instant. A published response-time commitment will appear here once support tooling is finalised.
